User Agreement

By accessing or using Noxstack, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• The information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
• You are not barred from using Noxstack under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
• Not share your account with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

• Creators are independent professionals — not employees of Noxstack.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your service listings, pricing, and availability.
• You must hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance for the services you offer.
• Noxstack may remove listings that violate our Community Guidelines or are misleading.

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Circumventing platform fees by taking transactions off-platform.
• Scraping or automated data collection without written permission.
• Using Noxstack for illegal activities or to facilitate illegal services.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade suspensions.

All platform content, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Noxstack Ltd. User-generated content (photos, descriptions) remains yours; by uploading it you grant Noxstack a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of providing the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noxstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to Noxstack in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
