Platform Ownership

All content on Noxstack that is not user-generated — including the logo, interface design, codebase, marketing copy, and illustrations — is the exclusive property of Noxstack Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

User-Generated Content

You retain copyright ownership of any photos, text, or other content you upload to Noxstack. By uploading content, you grant Noxstack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

DMCA Takedown Requests

If you believe content on Noxstack infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Send requests to: copyright@noxstack.com

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We will reinstate content that was mistakenly removed, subject to the counter-notice meeting all legal requirements under the DMCA.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Noxstack will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances. We take a zero-tolerance approach to deliberate copyright theft.

Trademarks

The Noxstack name, wordmark, and logo are registered trademarks. Use of these marks without our written permission — including in advertising, domain names, or social media handles — is strictly prohibited.
